La Sella is situated between the Cost Blanca coastal resorts of Javea and Denia at the foot of Montgo, the elephant mountain.

Only minutes from the main A7 motorway La Sella is within easy reach of both Alicante and Valencia international airports. The apartment is situated only an hours drive from Alicante and Valencia airports.

Denia is a large resort town with numerous shops and restaurants overlooked by its ancient Moorish castle. Its port offers ferry and hydrofoil access to the Balearic islands.

On the other side of the mountain is Javea which is contrast to Denia is divided into three distinct areas. The old town with its narrow, steep streets, the busy port area with an abundance of excellent restaurants and the lively beach resort with numerous bars and restaurants open into the early hours.

La Sella itself is a beautiful development with the residential areas and golf course side by side. On site facilities @include Tennis courts, horse riding, Bar/Restaurant, Supermarket and Pharmacy.

La Sella golf already offers excellent golf and club facilities and is about to open a Marriott hotel Golf/Spa complex as well as further development of the golf course to 27 holes.

This delightful one bedroom apartment is set within very quiet lush communal grounds with a spectacular communal swimming pool. It is situated close to shops, restaurant, equestrian facilities and tennis club close by.

This one bed apartment is available to rent all year round for short and long term rentals. The studio @includes everything one needs for a relaxing holiday with a double bedroom and double sofa bed, cable television, a fully fitted kitchen (including a washing machine, fridge freezer), shower/bath, sun balcony for private sun bathing, all area activities within 15 minutes of La Sella, (including golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, wind surfing, cycling tennis, jet skiing, go-karting), or the quieter pursuits (including snorkelling, coarse fishing, bird watching, walking, and horse riding).

The area also has close by the picturesque Jalon Valley and a about half an hour away in Benirdom with all its attractions and nightlife. Also close by is Javea, Denia and Moraira, all having lovely ports, beautiful sandy beaches with lots of shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurant/bars. Also approximately half an hour away is the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Mundomar and a very impressive aqualandia water parks, these are a must for any visit.

This one bedroom apartment is ideally situated for those who are house hunting.

Prices

between £80 -£450 per week, depending on the week and the duration of the stay and the number of people staying (special rates for long winter rentals). Prices can be payable in euros or pounds.

A 20% deposit is required when booking with the balance to be paid six weeks prior to commencement of rental period. A £75, fully refundable, breakages deposit is required on arrival.
